Our dedicated customer service team are based at our head office near Wokingham. Having management, customer services and our primary equipment store at a single site ensures maximum efficiency in meeting your needs. Our engineers are equipped with PDAs running specialist Vixen Remote management software, enabling us to keep constantly up to date with the progress of work in the field. This helps us to get to you sooner, and because we always know what’s going on, we can make sure you do too. |
Experience
We have been a leading part of the reception systems industry for over 60 years. We work on jobs of all sizes, from single homes to the vast IRS system at London’s famous Barbican Centre, which we maintain. Our clients range from private individuals (including several notable public figures) to small managing agents, to entire London boroughs and even – through our sister company Cablecom – the United States Air Force. When we hire a new engineer, they receive not only formal training, industry approved to national standards, but even more importantly a lengthy period of shadowing and assisting our more experienced staff on the job.
