At MDTV we put the customer first. We are committed to delivering a consistent first class service. Our Customer Services Representatives (CSRs) are based at our head office in Wokingham. They are not only fully trained in how to deliver efficient service but also spend time in the field to see our systems and engineers working, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day problems encountered on the ground.
Our software systems are fully integrated between our customer services, engineering and financial functions. This system enables our CSRs to track the progress of the work for our engineer and the spare parts they have available on their van stock. This ensures a flexible and properly equipped response to emergency repairs.
Our customer services team are here to help and welcome customer feedback to enable continued improvement to our processes.

Our engineers are highly trained and provided with the best equipment available. We believe in investing in the very latest technology and the skills required to use it. We carry out all our work to the most exacting standards, in terms of both technical engineering and neatness. All of our engineers are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and have current asbestos awareness and working at heights certification. All of our engineers attend CAI approved courses and are qualified to at least NVQ level 2 standard.
When we hire a new engineer, they receive not only formal training, industry approved to national standards, but even more importantly a lengthy period of shadowing and assisting our more experienced staff. Preserving and passing on the company’s knowledge and skills base is vital to ensure that we maintain our tradition of excellence.
